24.5 x 24.5 cm, 200 pages, hardcover – published 2020.
This art book is about the painter Anne Juul Christophersen.

Anne Juul Christophersen (born 1972) debuted on the Danish art scene with her first solo exhibition in Copenhagen in 2007. In her works, Anne works with the fine balance between idyll and horror based on the consideration that both heaven and hell exist everywhere. Without one, the other does not exist, and it is in the gap between these two opposite poles that Anne's works are located.
The artist's world of motifs touches something essential in her audience, and even if people do not always understand what makes them react so emotionally to Anne Juul Christophersen's pictures, perhaps it is because she shares something of her soul with them in each only painting – she creates a connection with her audience in a very personal, emotional way.
